All properties and land available at the time of your inspection trip, in your price range and criteria will be shown to you, during your trip. The properties shown here are for guidance only and do not constitute an offer or contract. World Abodes and its associate companies reserve the right to change these prices without prior notification. We can never guarantee that any of the properties or land shown on this site, or on any other promotional material will still be available when you arrive in Turkey. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you or any third party in connection with any travel or viewing trip undertaken by you in pursuit of any interest in overseas property, except to the extent resulting from our negligence. Any liability for negligence shall be limited to any amounts paid by you to us as principal. In addition, we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered.


The small print
As a responsible, transparent and ethical company, we believe it is important to clearly identify our area of responsibility and as a company working with a multinational/cross cultural client base we want to ensure that there is no ambiguity in what we can and can't do for you.
We are the appointed sales agents for the sellers of certain property in Turkey. We act as an introducer between you, as the buyer, and the seller, in much the same way as an estate agent works in other countries. We are paid by the seller. We never knowingly provide false information about a property or development. However most of our information is provided by the seller or by other third parties, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy of the information provided.
We strongly recommend that you take independent legal advice about your purchase. This should be from a lawyer who has experience of the law in Turkey and who is familiar with dealing with the special requirements of those buying there. You are free to use any lawyer of your choice but, if you wish, we can recommend suitable lawyers to you. We do not receive payment from the lawyers for making the introduction. In many cases it is also a good idea to seek tax advice as to the best way of structuring your purchase and as to the tax consequences of owning a property in Turkey. Your lawyer may well be able to offer you this advice. It is the job of your lawyer to carry out any legal checks on any property(s) you may wish to purchase and to ensure that they have good legal title, have the necessary planning and building permissions, are not in any restricted zones and are free of debt. We aim to only work with reputable developers/sellers in Turkey. However, we cannot give any assurances as to the financial status of any developer/seller over the period of any particular project. Your lawyer will advise you on what security measures can be put in place for any payments made by you, to the developer/seller pending the title deed transfer. Any contract that you make will be between you and the seller. As the sales agents, we are not a party to that contract and we are not responsible for any breach of contract on the part of the seller. Any guarantees provided in connection with your property purchase, such as rental income, mortgage availability or completion dates, are, without exception, provided by the seller and not by us and we are not responsible for them. If any problems arise with your purchase - for example, difficulties in communication or delay in the delivery of the property - we will try to act as an intermediary between you and the seller but we cannot be held responsible for those problems. We will also assist you by liaising, where necessary, with your lawyers and any other parties in involved in the purchase.
We feel it is essential to highlight these areas and also that the price of property can go up or down. However, with prior knowledge of the above and expert independent legal advice, buying property in Turkey should not carry any more risk than in other countries.
